Policies

Please get to know the location and prepare yourself. I know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 15 minutes late arrivals will need to reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 45% of the

appointment price.

All no show appointments will be charged at FULL PRICE. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional booking deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late, cancel or reschedule late or no show for your scheduled appointment time.

FUTURE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: I require a nonrefundable deposit of half the cost of the class. Which will be applied to the class. All classes are final. Should you cancel your class your deposit will not be refunded and will not be applied to future classes. The rest of the cost is due 1 week prior to class and is also non refundable.

Service Redo & Return Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.

​

Hair: Any guest needing a "fix" will get 1 free redo. If it is done within 2 weeks of initial appointment . After 2 weeks all guests will be charged full price for any additional work done. 

​

PMU: No new permanent makeup procedure is considered complete without a 6 week touch up. You have 12 weeks after the initial appointment to redeem, If you go past 12 weeks after initial appointment there is a charge of $100, If you are still unsatisfied please book a "Perfecting Session" and we can continue to perfect your look at a cost of $100 each time.

 

Retail: Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase, so long as it has been minimally used.

There is a trade in option at similar cost of your purchase. This will be granted once.

Covid Precautions

We are taking all of the CDC's recommended precautions at Salon Aries. Kari always wears a mask during PMU procedures. Kari takes the time to sanitize her whole space and all tools before and after each guest.
